In my Image and Likeness
I've always felt very ALONE. Like there's been this deep knowing within me that 'I am alone' on a deep beingness level. That, even though I can see 'other people' who look and walk and talk just like me, with my eyes, I am actually alone on a real level. In fact I've felt so extremely alone that at some point I was basically like 'fuck it, I don't want to feel this way forever. I'm just going to pretend as if I'm not alone.' And that pretty much got me to participate within the illusions in the mind. Illusions of 'relationships' with 'other people'. Of generating thoughts, emotions and feelings wherein I could make myself feel as though I am 'not alone' because look here I am 'relating' to these 'other beings' through thoughts, emotions and feelings.
And in a way, I've walked an entire process that's taken me a fair amount of years to this exact point that I've been avoiding to face all this time. Because, quite simply, I don't know, as I've never known, just how to 'deal with it'. I've always felt 'stuck' in this loneliness. Because it's not just a feeling or emotion. It's actually REAL. It's a FACT. I AM ALONE, as a being, as life, as existence. I am alone.
So after going through the 'pain' of realizing, yet again, that I AM ALONE, and the same familiar experience of being 'stuck' and not knowing how to deal with this point inside of me, I did realize something. Or rather, there was a 'movement'. Because I do see that, yes I am alone, because I cannot 'relate' to anything that I see with my eyes. I cannot relate to 'people' because I do not recognize myself in them. Not the 'real me' anyways.
So maybe, if I cannot recognize myself in people, I'm going to MAKE SURE I recognize myself in people. I'm going to CREATE what it is that I've been looking for my whole existence - connection and togetherness. And I won't 'create' it through the mind as thoughts, emotions and feelings as that's been an illusion which has just brought me right back to the same point. I'm going to create it for real. I will CREATE my reality into my image and likeness, so that I can recognize myself finally.
Because, have I not also been created in the 'image and likeness' of others? Not a very nice image and likeness and not one I necessarily agree with. But who and what and how I exist as and have become as a 'human being' has been 'programmed'. Clearly by beings who had some power issues, but beings who took it upon themselves to form others into their image and likeness nonetheless. And maybe beings who also didn't really know what was best for themselves either, and so ended up creating something that represented the chaos and conflict and separation within. So yes, if you're going to create your image and likeness, you better make sure that image and likeness is something worth creating.
I will FIND the point that is 'me' within people, within animals, and nature, and everything that I see, however small that point may be. And then I will connect with that point, and speak to that point, nurture that point, support that point and give that point 'life', until it is HERE. So instead of changing myself to try and 'relate', I'll simply look for the 'relationship' that is already here. The 'me' that already does exist within others on some level. It may not be 'apparent', but I'll just have to look a little deeper to find it. I know I WILL find it, if I look for it. I mean, I found it in myself didn't I? lol

Are you PRIVILEGED?
This is a continuation of my previous post "My Process Compass"
I've aways been very...'innocent' lol. Meaning that, because my whole life my primary experience has always been FEAR, as basically not wanting to take responsibility for ANYTHING, I also never really 'did' anything necessarily. I never really 'lived'. And so I never had much 'life experience'. I was, 'innocent'. Sort of sheltered by my own fear of everything.
But then I've always looked at people and felt like, I SHOULD have more experience. I SHOULD be more like other people in this world who live their lives and experience things and do things and make mistakes and go through emotions and reactions and who wear their heart on their sleeves and express themselves and do dumb things and develop personalities around that. I should be more 'seasoned' lol. Seasoned by life and the shit you go through as a human in this world.
I felt that, looking at other people, they seem to be more 'rich' somehow. 'Rich' in experience and memories and feelings and emotions and personalities and character, etcetera. I had none of that lol. I was like a blank slate. Very much still a small child or a baby within myself. As though I've never really lived, never been through anything. Completely sheltered off from life in this world.
I TRIED to give myself that experience lol. I TRIED to deliberately place myself in dangerous situations, make friends with people living dangerous lives, get swept away by the tides of life. But to no avail. It wasn't 'real'. It was just me trying to make my life more interesting, and I was aware that I was doing it. It was kind of pathetic really lol.
I kind of feel like my whole life was pretty much about me trying to make myself more 'human' lol. Trying to chase after that 'human experience'. Trying to be less 'innocent'. Less 'aware of myself'. Cause I guess I felt there must be something 'wrong' with me when everybody else seems so different. There's also been just a lot of beating up on myself for living such an 'innocent' existence. As though it basically just showed me exactly how PRIVILEGED I've been, to be THAT sheltered. THAT protected from EVERYTHING.
And obviously, instead of embracing that privilege and recognizing that everyone should be so privileged and that it simply means it's now my responsibility to make sure that happens in this world, I rather just didn't want to face the guilt and responsibility and decided I'll try and drown out the awareness.
I mean, imagine, that's basically why people in first world countries, who 'have it good' and are almost living in a way that is a 'heaven on earth', don't do anything to change the rest of the world. Countries like Belgium where I grew up. Where people are so privileged they're already living in an 'ideal world'. They'll rather stick their head in the sand cause they don't want to face the responsibility that comes with being so privileged. Not to mention the guilt from not having done anything all this time but having taken it all for granted even when you could clearly see all the suffering in the rest of the world.
And I see now that the experience of 'overwhelming fear' has always just been a deliberate self-distraction. Deliberately making me feel disempowered and victimized so as to undermine my realization of responsibility. To make me feel like 'I just can't. I'm too weak'. Cause I mean, the realization has always been there within me. That I am RESPONSIBLE for EVERYONE that is not as privileged as I am. Which is safe to say pretty much every being in this world. And it's taken me how long? About ten odd years to finally ADMIT to myself what I've really actually been aware of from the start. Making myself go deliberately in circles, as if there's some 'process' for me to walk, when all I needed to do was just 'get real' with myself and what I really already know within me but just don't want to face, cause I'm just so used to sticking my head into the sand.
Bernard's words "the first will be the last" make sense to me now. In that, because I was the FIRST, as in hyper-privileged compared to everyone else in this existence, and already had it all from the get-go, I will now have to wait until all beings in this existence exist in a heaven on earth. I will have to take responsibility for each one and walk with them, walk their life and existence into change and self-realization. Allowing everyone else to go before me. Changing the meaning of the word 'privileged' from 'turning a blind eye to the suffering of others' and 'sticking your head into the sand', to 'being in a superior position and therefore responsibility to support others' and 'having the responsibility to show everyone else the way'. There really is no other way, if I ever want to be able to live with myself and look myself in the eyes with respect.
And to the people living in Belgium, and who've lived a life of privileged like I have. Yes there is great guilt and shame, but there is also FORGIVENESS. To be the directive principle and allow yourself to START OVER, and live in a way that is truly honorable. We can't change the past and what we've allowed. But we can decide to live differently and honor our 'privilege', showing the way to the rest of the world. Cause we are the ones who see what is possible. What a 'heaven on earth' might be like, and that's our responsibility to show everyone else.

My Process Compass
As was discussed in the Destonians chat today, I’m having a look at what my ‘compass’ is within walking my process. What gives me ‘purpose’ or what is my ‘life spark’ that’s motivating me to walk my process?
Sunette mentioned a being in chat who had crossed over and said that basically his ‘motivation’ or his ‘reason/purpose’ to give his process all he had was that essentially living/walking in this way is a lot better than anything he’d ever experienced in his life on earth, which had been really tough, and that he wished it was like that on earth as well.
And when I looked at what my ‘compass/purpose would be, I found something similar. That the one thing that’s always motivated me and ‘got my ass in gear’ to walk my process was that point of ‘this is so much better than anything my life has been so I choose this’ and that in fact my life and my mind has been nothing but suffering and I’ll take anything over that.
Which is cool but within that I also noticed it’s only including ‘me’. Not yet a point of ‘I wish it was like that for everyone on earth’. So that’s how I can still expand on my compass. To have it be about the kind of life I’m creating for all beings on earth, not just for me. Or rather, for me AS all life on earth. To just include that realization of ‘me as life’. That, when I’m releasing and forgiving the suffering within myself, I am releasing and forgiving the suffering within others as me and so within life on earth as me.
And so creating not just an internal reality, but also an external reality as life on earth that is not of suffering but that is of care and love made real. Realizing that yes it starts with me but that it wouldn’t be ‘real’ if it didn’t include all of reality. Cause if it was just about me then I’d just be part of the problem still as the core of ‘survival’, being the principle of separation as ‘I’m just looking out for me and my personal experiences’, not recognizing another as myself. And not recognizing me as others. That what matters to me, as in being able to just live and breathe, without suffering, matters to others equally.
So that’s what moves and motivates me as my ‘why’ I walk my process. That, essentially, I want this shit to be done with already lol. All the conflict, the survival, the separation, the suffering. The thoughts, the feelings, the emotions. I want to be able to relax, live, breathe, be. And that’s how I want life on earth to be for all. A place where no one needs to experience any fear or stress or pressure. Where we can actually RELAX. Imagine that. Where we don’t need to look upon one another as our enemy. Where we don’t need to fear or compete with each other. Where our survival doesn’t cost another theirs and where the money we make isn’t off the back of other beings and doesn’t imply some kind of abuse going on on some level in this world.
Cause my life has always been all about FEAR. I’ve never experienced pretty much anything other than fear and anxiety and insecurity and separation from other people. That’s been my overwhelming, primary experience in this world and within myself. And I started walking process cause I was sick of it. And interestingly enough it’s only with walking my process that I have realized just how much fear I have always actually been existing in. I mean, on suppressed levels. So much more fear than I ever even realized. So much fear that there never even was a ‘me’. And, I want there to be a ‘me’ lol. I want to be able to relax enough to be ‘me’. And I want to exist in a world where that is possible for everyone and everything.

The WARRIOR Programming
This is a continuation of my previous post "Becoming aware of my ANGER"
I mean I always believed that this point of resistance when I look within myself is who I really am. This huge resistance in relation to myself. Because it has the 'Kim' signature. And a Kim is a Chinese warrior, at least that's what I read in a dictionary at some point. And because it had the 'Kim' signature on it I thought 'oh it must be me, cause I'm Kim'. And so accepted the programming as 'who I really am. And never considered that even my name is a programming and that thus anything with my name's signature on it is thus also a programming.
It's actually a sort of resistance to 'desires' or even pleasure and enjoyment. That's why I resist sex and masturbation. I am very good at denying myself things. But I am not good at giving myself things. Because anytime I try to 'open up' and access a point of pleasure or enjoyment or even desire, during sex for instance, there's just this 'programming' inside of me that keeps saying "No! This is not for me!" The programming of the warrior, who believes that their purpose is to fight so that other people may experience pleasure and enjoyment and desires. Where I feel as though I am abandoning my purpose if I were to allow myself to 'indulge' in desires/pleasure/enjoyment. Like I'm 'abandoning my post'. Cause I'm supposed to be the one who stands guard. I'm supposed to be the one who lays down their own life for the sake of others. So therefore, indulging in pleasure/enjoyment/desire would be dishonorable. As in me dishonoring my 'purpose' and that which gives my life and existence 'meaning'.
And for a warrior, 'honor' is a big thing. They live by it. If it wasn't for this 'honor' point, they wouldn't be warriors. They wouldn't have accepted the role of 'warrior'. And I mean sure, honor is pretty cool. It's basically the principle of 'doing what's necessary to be done'. But I mean... There's nothing truly 'honorable' about why and how this 'honor' has been used. In terms of why it is that warriors throughout history laid down their lives. It was all for meaningless wars and conflicts and just humans fighting over self-interest and ego. There was never anything honorable about that because it never honored life. And now here we are. With all those warriors throughout history waging all those wars in the name of 'honor' - and yet we find ourselves in the most dishonorable existence imaginable.
All because one key element was missing within 'honor': self-responsibility. Honor without asking questions about what you are doing and why is useless. If honor means to kill and murder and destroy and fight others, and die in the process, then what are you really doing? Then what kind of world and reality are you even really fighting and dying for and what does it all really mean? You don't honor life through killing and destroying and fighting. You honor life by living it. By celebrating and enjoying it, and making sure that you are living in such a way which ensures that all life-forms are able to celebrate and enjoy life. It's pretty much the principle of 'make love, not war'. Those damn hippies were on to something.

Living BALANCE
This is a continuation of my previous blog "Fear of the Homeless"
Why don't I see 'taking care of myself' and 'doing what is necessary to be done to change the world', like blogging, vlogging, coaching, etc., as also 'my job'?
I mean, why do I keep on expecting or waiting for myself to somehow 'want to do it', rather than forcing myself to do it in the same way I force myself to get up everyday to go to work and do the work that's necessary to be done at my 'job'?
Nobody said that 'changing the world' is something I have to 'like' or even 'want' lol. It's just 'what's necessary to be done'. Just like with any job. You gotta get up every morning, and wash yourself, put clothes on, get in your car, drive to work and then spend like eight hours doing all sorts of stuff and following all sorts of orders and instructions. And that's like eight, nine, ten hours a day!
And, yes, it's unfortunate that the job you do doesn't already include or exist in the context of what is best for all. And that, outside of those ten hours a day that we spend on our 'system job', we have to now also work on changing that system, which requires equal dedication, commitment and consistency as your 'system job'. It also requires us to 'show up' every day and 'do the work'. Because, if it relies on what we 'want' or 'like' or 'feel like' doing, it's just not going to get done. Just like, most likely, if you showing up to your job everyday relied on what you felt like doing, you probably wouldn't do it. Or you'd at least probably show up later, work less, and put less effort into it.
And yes I do see the time that I am not at work as my 'leisure time'. The time I need to 'recharge'. By doing the things that I WANT to do, rather than HAVE TO do. And so I will fit in doing things like blogging and vlogging, doing my Mind Construct and working on my coaching business according to what I 'feel like' doing, rather than sort of scheduling it in the way that I do my job - where it's also a point of 'have to'. Where I HAVE TO show up at a certain time to do certain things and get a certain 'job done'. And where I can't just wander off, distracting myself with other things, just like I can't do that at my system job.
The way I see it, this 'need for leisure time' outside of work, is more a consequence of me not actually taking proper care of myself WHILE I am at work. Where I often for instance over-exert myself in my tasks, or don't take a bathroom/lunch/food break when my body is actually asking for it or when I reasonably can and should. And where I am just overall not very comfortable or settled within myself, and so am in a sort of constant state of 'stress' or 'tension'. And it's only when I get home that all that tension and stress 'releases' and I feel like now I get to 'relax' and 'get comfortable'.
But then that 'relaxation' and 'comfort' just goes overboard and into the extreme as it tries to compensate for the excessive amounts of stress and tension I was placing myself under all day. While, ideally, I should be stable, comfortable and relaxed all day, so that when I come home there isn't that sense of RELIEF, because I wouldn't NEED it.
Because really, within this polarity of STRESS AND TENSION while at work and then ABSOLUTE RELAXATION AND COMFORT when I'm home, I'm actually two times a slave. I am a wage-slave as I slave away at my job, and I am a slave to whatever points of 'entertainment' I believe I need to 'unwind' and 'chill out'. But above all, I am a slave to the mind, as within neither points, I am really 'alive'. I'm just a slave to energy.
So essentially, what I need is 'balance'. A little bit of the structure and dedication and 'have to' from my system job into my time outside of work, and a little bit of the relaxation and comfort from my time outside of work into my system job. Balancing it out. So that, in a way it doesn't matter what I do or where I do it. Whether it's labeled 'work' or 'leisure time'. What matters is that I am balanced on the inside. And that 'balance' isn't this energy-game that I play between 'stress' and 'relaxation', but that it's actually something that I live in a constant and consistent way. Within properly taking care of myself in every moment, no matter where I am or what I am doing. And so essentially not treating myself like 'just a slave', but honoring myself through listening to my real physical needs. 'Doing the work' and 'doing what's necessary to be done', but at the same time also taking care of myself and making sure that I am comfortable and relaxed and not placing any pressure or tension or stress on myself.

FEAR of the Homeless
This is a continuation of my previous post "Redefining Nothingness"
You know, for the longest time I've had a very 'distorted' relationship when it comes to 'homeless people'. In terms of how I react and experience myself and then behave myself whenever someone who looks like they're probably homeless comes up to me to ask for some change. 'Distorted' as in it actually really shows me just the extent to which I have come to separate myself from life in this world, from another as myself.
And to an extent yes I was just living out a programming that I copied from my parents and family, but then that's also part of the problem -- how the 'family' construct creates and contributes to the 'famine' in this world as those who have nothing, through how these preprogrammed reactions to 'homeless people' are conditioned from parents to children.
Preprogrammed reactions like FEAR. Fear of ending up like this person. Fear that they might want to take something from me. Fear that they might take advantage of my 'kind and giving nature'. Fear that they might be a criminal. Fear that I cannot trust them. Fear that they might rob me, or worse.
And then with the fear, also come the BELIEFS. All the copied and accepted and allowed knowledge and information in relation to 'how you should deal with these situations' as well as to justify the fear. As your self-protection and -defense mechanisms to shield you from your fears and effectively 'ward off' and 'deflect' the 'harm' which your fear is projecting on this 'homeless person'.
Beliefs like 'they're just addicts' or 'they're just lazy'. 'You shouldn't give them anything because they'll just spend it on drugs' and 'they just don't want to work', or 'they just don't want to contribute to society'. Wherein you just create this 'they vs me' mentality of 'they, they, they'. And you forget or just don't see and realize and recognize them as actual living beings. Equal with yourself.
There's just zero recognition there of 'this is me in another life'. Not a shred of recognition of yourself in another, because the way that you perceive reality is filtered through all this separation as all these beliefs and reactions. You don't see direct. You don't see with your own actual eyes. You don't trust yourself to see. You just trust what your parents and society told you to see. And so you don't see YOU.
You don't see that if you were to for a moment let go of the beliefs and the reactions and just placed the person inside yourself, and placed yourself in their shoes, you might find yourself there. And you might actually start CARING. A care that is real because it's based on the realization of another as you. A realization that what another is going through, you are going through. Or, another version of you is going through. And all it takes is the willingness to trust yourself, with how YOU honestly see things.
I forgive myself that I have never accepted and allowed myself to recognize myself in and as homeless people and to see them as me in another life -- by simply never having placed them inside of me to connect with who they actually are inside rather than just reacting to the image that I see with my eyes in a preprogrammed way, with beliefs and thoughts and perceptions and interpretations and reactions that I copied from my parents, wherein I've learned to simply not directly SEE reality and not SEE what's actually REAL, just like my parents never saw what was real -- but were also completely preprogrammed mind consciousness system robots who perceived reality through the eyes of BELIEFS as they also never trusted themselves to see reality as it actually is
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not trust myself to see reality directly - and to place my trust on BELIEFS as knowledge and information copied from parents and family and society, with regards to for instance 'homeless people', and to therein not see reality as myself as I dont see reality through my actual eyes but more through the eyes of preprogramming in and as the mind consciousness system, and so also not recognize myself within another but more remain stuck within perceptions as knowledge and information in the mind, reducing others and so myself to just a thought and a reaction, and justifying manifested separation as the neglect and lack of CARE for others as me as manifested within and as a system of inequality - of the haves and the have nots
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed homelessness to exist in and as reality simply because I never recognized myself within another and never valued and cared for the life within another as equal with myself -- and so allowed another to starve and suffer in the position of the 'beggar', as I did not see or realize that this is me starving and suffering as this is me in another life
I forgive myself that I havent accepted and allowed myself to see and realize and understand that if anything, those who are in that position of being 'homeless' and 'beggars', and are at the 'negative' polarity of the system - are actually closer to the 'real me' as life, as they simply overall are in fact those who simply lacked the skill or the willingness to deceive and harm and so were therefore not 'fit' to participate in a system that is based on this willingness to deceive and harm and most of all be deliberately ignorant -- and that it's in fact those who are in a position of wealth who have simply more so accepted deception and dishonesty and have more agreed to the participation in this system which forces you to either deceive and be deliberately ignorant and allow harm to be done onto another in your name or forces you into a position of extreme lack and neglect, wherein then those who are the MOST deceptive and the MOST willing to harm others and ignore the principle of oneness and equality will also be able to reach greater positions of power and money
I forgive myself that I haven't accepted and allowed myself to see and realize and understand that in fact, if you are in a position of comfort and wealth in this world, and you are NOT actively working on creating a better world for ALL, wherein there exist no such thing as homelessness or famine or suffering - a world wherein ALL can have what you are enjoying in your life through money - and even if you ARE working towards a better world -- the fact that you were born into this particular position of greater wealth -- only shows your greater propensity and willingness to agree to deception and dishonesty and harm done to another in your name, for the sake of separation as self-interest -- and that in fact those that find themselves in positions in this world of greater suffering and lack and neglect, are those who actually are closer to what is REAL and simply could not get themselves to agree to the deception and harm this world system implies
when and as I come across a homeless person or just someone asking me for money that would trigger those preprogrammed fears and beliefs, then I stop and I breathe, and I see and realize and understand that these reactions just show me the extent to which I have separated myself from life as I cannot see or recognize myself in another and will only perceive another through the eyes of the mind as preprogrammed knowledge and information, which is all geared towards protecting my self-interest
as I see and realize and understand that I have accepted and agreed to a world of inequality, of haves and have nots and have agreed to the deception and harm this implies where I for instance agreed to 'turn a blind eye' when seeing the suffering of another, as in simply being blind to the fact that this person is me in another life and that what I am seeing is me suffering, and have agreed that 'I will be an obedient slave' and I will accept and live according to preprogramming without ever asking questions as long as it means that I can feel safe, and so will accept and allow another to be existing in a position of absolute lack of safety, as the epitome of my fear as that which I would not want for myself
I see and realize and understand that in fact that person who is suffering, who is in the position of 'homelessness' and being a 'beggar' is closer to the 'real me' as life - as they simply could not agree to the extent of deception and harm implied by this world and reality in order to 'thrive' in the system and so 'fell through the cracks' because they were simply 'too sensitive' - as it's those who are most willing to compromise themselves within deceiving and harming others, and most willing to choose to be ignorant and 'turn a blind eye' to the suffering existent in this world, who are able to achieve great wealth in this world, as it takes a certain 'lack of sensitivity' to be able to accept and embrace this world system the way that it is
I see and realize and understand that thus, to not recognize or see myself within the 'homeless person' or the 'beggar' just shows me my lack of sensitivity to life, that I cannot see another as myself -- and shows me the degree to which I have accepted and agreed to be willfully ignorant to the suffering existent in this world for the sake of self-interest and so the extent to which I was willing to accept and agree to deception and harm as what is implied within being able to 'live comfortably' and 'be wealthy' in this world - as I was even born into one of the wealthiest countries in this world and have not known suffering since I was born, and so very easily accepted the programming passed on to me by my parents and family and society, to ignore the suffering in the world, and exist in a bubble, and never ask questions -- all in the name of being able to hold on to my COMFORT
I see and realize and understand that a 'homeless person' and a 'beggar' is me in another life and that I just need to let go of the accepted preprogrammed knowledge and information as perceptions and interpretations and reactions in the mind to what I see with my eyes, in order to SEE that - and in order to actually SEE reality as it is, not how I've been told and programmed to see it
I commit myself to practice seeing others as myself by letting go of any preprogrammed knowledge and information like judgments, perceptions, ideas, beliefs and reactions based on what I see with my eyes, and rather placing the person that I see inside of me - dropping all images and so all separation, and actually stand as them in and as me, assisting and supporting myself to see who they really actually are on an internal level -- and to therein connect with them as me on that real level, and so connect with LIFE within oneness and equality
I commit myself to thus SEE DIRECT, and trust myself within how I see reality with my real actual eyes, rather than placing my trust in other people like parents and family and society who tried to tell me how I should perceive reality through knowledge and information like beliefs -- and so therein connect with life within and as this world as me
